Quick FAQ (Driver-Facing)

Can I start with a smaller top-up?

No, every new driver must purchase the 9 000-km Unlock Block first.

What if I go on holiday?

Buy any top-up before week 8 to keep your bank active, or we’ll freeze the balance and recover the car.

Is there a bond?

No. Your prepaid kilometres act as your commitment.

Who pays charging?

You do. Even at Superchargers, electricity is roughly half the cost of petrol per km.
